Can I use gift vouchers for horse shows at Wesley Clover Parks?
Horse show gift cards can be used towards your bill at WCP hosted shows. Gifts cards are not redeemable at Ottawa Dressage Festival or Trillium Championships. Schooling vouchers can only be applied to private site schoolings outside of horse shows.
Can I purchase lesson packages if I am not a part of the WCP lesson program?
Only current members of our riding school can purchase and redeem group lesson packages/gifts. We have a large wait list for our riding school and would not want a voucher to be unredeemable due to being on the waitlist for the program. Non members are welcome to purchase the Single Private Lesson as a one off introductory to riding here at The Parks.
Are products refundable? What happens when they expire?
None of our vouchers, packages, or gift cards are refundable or exchangeable. Most of our products do expire and are no longer redeemable once the expiry date has passed. It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to redeem their voucher within the timeframe listed at purchase. If you are facing any difficulties, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
How do I redeem products?
Please see individual items details for product specific redemption information. You will need your unique voucher code accessible.
I've lost my gift voucher. Can I still redeem the experience?
We will attempt to retrieve your purchase on our system and issue a new voucher, unless otherwise specified under terms and conditions of your voucher. Please contact us at info@wesleycloverparks.com or 613-271-5452.
I purchased a product and did not receive it?
Gift certificates are system-generated emails and therefore may go to the recipient’s junk or spam email folder. If the email is not in your junk or spam folder after 12 hours, please contact us at info@wesleycloverparks.com or 613-271-5452.
I'm attempting to purchase a gift voucher but have received a failed transaction message ('Payment has not been accepted') at the end of the transaction. What do I do next?
There could be several reasons why this may be happening. Please double check that the payment information is accurate and the address matches that of the credit card being used. Please Contact us for further assistance.
Is there a physical gift card?
All gift vouchers are sent digitally via email. The attached PDF can be printed but printing is not required for redemption.
